Real Property Management Unlimited is a residential property management and home-watch company based in Locust Valley, NY. We are looking for a reliable and organized Bookkeeping & Administrative Assistant to help with our day-to-day financial and administrative operations.
Proficiency with AppFolio is required. Applicants must be familiar and comfortable working within AppFolio. This position involves working with property financials, expenses, payments, and records on a regular basis.
Job Description
This is an in-person, part-time independent contractor position based out of our Locust Valley office. The position generally requires 5–10 hours per week , at $20–$25 per hour , depending on experience and AppFolio proficiency.
The role will focus on bookkeeping, administrative work, keeping records organized, communicating with clients and vendors, and assisting with property management and home-watch operations.
