Mel’s Builders is a Los Angeles construction company specializing in high-quality residential construction, foundation, rough framing, luxury custom homes, and wildfire-defense solutions.
We are looking for a creative, aggressive, and results-oriented Social Media & Content Growth Manager who can help turn our construction projects, expertise, and jobsite activity into compelling content that generates attention, followers, homeowner inquiries, builder/GC relationships, and new projects.
What You Will Do
Social Media
Manage and grow:
Content Creation
Create and publish:
Content Strategy
Develop a weekly and monthly content calendar.
Identify:
Turn one piece of content into multiple platform-specific posts.
Lead Generation
The goal is not simply to gain followers.
The goal is to generate:
Attention → Followers → Engagement → DMs → Leads → Estimates → Projects
You will help develop calls-to-action such as:
“DM us for a foundation estimate.”
“Send us your plans.”
“Need rough framing? Contact Mel’s Builders.”
“Building in Los Angeles? Let's talk.”
Jobsite Content
The ideal candidate should be comfortable visiting construction sites and filming original content.

Initial 30-day paid trial.
Compensation will be based on experience, skills, portfolio, and responsibilities.
Potential structure:
Part-time: $1,500–$2,500/month
Full-service: $5,500–$7,000+/month
Final compensation will be determined after reviewing the candidate's portfolio and capabilities.
